A smartly presented holiday home, easily reachable from the mainland and perfectly located to be your base as you explore the island.. Ground Floor:

There are narrow, steep, open stairs.. A lovely mid terrace cottage able to accommodate up to six guests, recently renovated to a very high standard and ideally located for family holidays, crew lets or a shore base for one of the many corporate sailing events held within the island’s chief sailing town of Cowes, a mecca for sailing enthusiasts.
The cottage is just a minutes’ walk from west Cowes’ shops, many pubs and restaurants and only a short distance from the marina and the Fast Cat. The cottage is easily reached by the half hourly Red Funnel high speed passenger ferry service or hourly car ferry service, both from Southampton town quay.
There are three bedrooms, on the first floor you’ll find one with twin beds and one with an adult size bunk bed, then on the top floor there’s an additional room with twin beds. The ground floor is open plan with an open wooden staircase between the cosy living room at the front of the house with the dining area and fully fitted kitchen equipped with everything you should need for your self-catering holiday to the rear, beyond this is the large shower/wet room, toilet and utility area. There is also a small outside space accessed from the bathroom.
Outdoor pursuits on the Isle of Wight include horse riding, fishing, paragliding, golf and watersports. There are numerous attractions across the island to discover for all ages, such as The Needles with its chairlift, amusement park, boat rides and lighthouse, the Isle of Wight Steam Railway, Ventnor Botanical Gardens, Tapnell Farm Park and Carisbrooke Castle. You can even pay a visit to Queen Victoria’s favourite holiday residence, Osborne House, and its gardens. For foodies, enjoy the island’s increasing number of award-winning waterside restaurants. Cowes Yacht Haven is 150 yards away.
