OCEANFRONT Fully Furnished Condo Located In The Gated Community Of Las Conchas

Las Olas #1 is a beautiful ocean front condominium complex in Las Conchas. This lovely home has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with accommodations for up to 6 guests. The home has a beautiful tiled entry where the propane BBQ is located at the entrance. The living room has soft yellow painted walls with a beautiful metal framed wall mounted mirror. The room is furnished with a light gray modern sofa and two arm chairs. The room has a small coffee table, and a wall mounted flat screen TV. The home also comes with WiFi and smart TV. The room is very bright due to the sliding glass doors that provide access to the patio. The dining room has a beautiful glass top table and 4 modern chairs beneath it. In the kitchen you have tile counter tops with flat panel beech wood cabinets and all brand new major appliances. The counter top also has a microwave, blender, toaster and coffee maker. There are plenty of dishes, pans, pots, glasses and bowls in the cup boards and the drawer s are filled with all the serving utensils and silverware you should need. There is a small bar off the kitchen that is lined with beautiful bar stools.
The master bedroom has a large comfy King size bed and desk, with a private bathroom. This room has access to the atrium and a large closet to hang your clothing. The 2nd bedroom is also beautiful with a colorful bed, bed side tables and a dresser for your clothing. The room includes a comfy queen bed and a double door closet where you can hang your clothing. There is a hallway bath close by. There is a door between the 2nd & 3rd bedroom. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed with with side tables and a private bath. The room has a dresser, closet, window & a door to access the Courtyard & front door (or use the internal door between the 2nd & 3rd bedrooms). All the bathrooms are lovely with spacious walk in travertine showers.
Bed and bath linens are included.
The covered back patio is tiled and extends about 15 feet before stepping down into the sand. There are plenty of chairs and a table where you can watch the sunset over the Sea of Cortez. Take a long walk on the beach, a dip in the ocean or collect sea shells. This is a wonderful home with many luxurious amenities. The home also has cold AC and ceiling fans throughout. You will not be disappointed.

Happy Fall Break

The house was great for mybwife and I and out two adult kids. We all had our own room and bathroom. We sat inside when eating do to mosquitos and it was a litte warm for dor this time of year. From the common and kitchen area we could look out the sliding door at the ocean. It was really convenient to walk out the back door down some steps right on tue sandy beach. It was really easy to get to town and to the wharf. We also felt very safe because there are three locked doors to get into the house. We took the owners advise and watched out water. No fault of the property the water situation in Rocky Point can be challenging. We will stay here again!!

Great beach house!!

The place was clean and has pretty much everything you need. The ocean was right outside the back door. The beach was clean, not too rocky, and the people that live there are very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and stay here again.

This is by far the Best vacation rental we've ever stayed in. No need to take everything you need... It's all there for you right down to the great body lotion in each bathroom. We will definitely be going back!

Nice place

I stayed in one one the las olas places before so I knew what to expect here. Nice beach front property. Looks like a nice beach area during high tide, little rocky at low tide . Fits three couples nice. Two of the bedrooms have full bathrooms and one couple had to use a hallway bathroom. The main room has kinda sheer curtains you can see through from the living room area which was a bit odd. Place was a little hard to find when we arrived in the evening but the ‘manager’ had sent instructions with a picture that helped, look for the palm tree! We were there for the motorcycle rally so did not do much beach activity but the view is beautiful. Saw dolphins from the front window one day which was pretty awesome. We did not run out but came very close to running out of the TP provided by owners. The rest of the house was well stocked including extra blankets. There is beach access to the public nearby so you will get quite a few people selling items and food. We use these services a bit so that works for me. These vendors are wonderful for burritos in the morning or a nice coconut drink.

Hard and dangerous to access the beach, concrete steps washed out and not repaired correctly

No access to dish tv, advertised as three bedroom three bath, had to walk thru one bedroom to access the other and third bath is common bath by kitchen. Over priced!

Right on the beach!

It was really fun to stay in a place that opens right out onto the beach! Air conditioners work very well even though it was crazy hot while we were there. Great beach combing in this area.! There’s not much nearby in terms of food, etc., so you’ll need a car if you’re not planning on cooking your own meals.

Beach getaway

Beach condo was a lot of fun for our family. Located right on the beach, my family had a great time. Not too far from downtown so it was easy to hop out for dinners, bars and visit the other beaches Rocky Point has to offer. Highly recommend. Wifi worked great as well for when I needed to login and check on things in the office.

It was a blast!

Great time in Rocky Point. We love this little Mexican town. The condo on the beach was perfect. We hope to come back again and stay in the same place. It was very comfortable and cozy. The grandkids had a blast!

Great Easter Weekend Stay

Home is comfortable and has the best views of the Sea of Cortez. Great WiFi if that’s important for your visit. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking meals. Only downside for us being older folks was the stairs at the entrance of the home. Otherwise our stay was lovely.

Great Beachfront property in Las Conchas!

This place was just what we were looking for. It's immediately on the beach and you cannot beat the location. Beds were comfy but we spent as much time as we could enjoying that great patio. Kitchen is small and I recommend bringing extra kitchen towels. I bet we will stay again!

Puerto Penasco Christmas

It was easy to find and we enjoyed beach front location. The kitchen was a little smaller than I imagined, but we made it work. We cooked all of our meals. Next time I will bring more paper towels and kitchen towels. Overall we were very pleased with the condo! We would definitely stay there again sometime. We enjoyed our stay and loved the beach front location.

1 of the best homes close to town with double patio

This was 1 of the best homes me and my family stayed at. Gas grill, all the cooking utensils you need to cook including pots and pans that we always travel with. Now 1 less thing to pack. To all the vendors you get from the resorts from fruits to alcohol to bracelets and etc… this place was worth every penny. And the fast response back from the owners when we had questions. Will definitely be back. Thanks again

You can't go wrong with this property!

My wife and two teenage kids loved this place!!! Our kid's aunt and uncle also joined us for our week stay. You can't beat the location and the space you get with this property. We love Peñasco and this home was the icing on the cake! The owners are very responsive and attentive . While at the property, all I needed were some light bulbs and the owner promptly responded and told me where I could find new ones in the home. There's a pizza place, a pharmacy, a gas station and a convenience store all within 5 minutes. You can't go wrong with this property. We hope to return soon!

We have lived in Phoenix for all our lives and love traveling to the closest beach - Rocky Point! We fell in love with Las Conchas the first time we stayed there.
After purchasing the condo in 2004, our Aunt & Uncle decided to buy in, and completely remodeled it (They are General Contractors).
Our families have enjoyed numerous vacations together.
We hope you will make some memories here in this happy place as well.

Why they chose this property

The Sea of Cortez in full of wildlife - especially this quiet community.
We always see dolphins, have actually had a sea lion swim up to us, and love watching the osprey catch fish with their talons.
Las Conchas is primarily an American community that is gated with a secure staff.
The roads are well maintained, an people show pride about their properties.
The beach is the best part though!

What makes this property unique

This condo is the first one, so you only have one neighbor next to you.
It is not a high rise, it is a single level, directly on the beach.
The previous and only owner before us loved it so much that she wouldn't sell it to us until she met our entire family. She wanted to make sure we would love it as much as their family had :)
