Modern immaculate apartment with private south east facing garden located in the stunning urbanisation Isleta Marina, just a short stroll to the beautiful canal and the sandy Arenal beach.
The apartment boasts central air conditioning, wifi and is tastefully decorated, well equipped with all you could possibly need for a perfect vacation.
The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the terrace. The twin bedroom is spacious and has its own shower room adjacent. The kitchen is well equipped and there is additional space in the joining laundry room. The lounge/ dining room is a perfect place to escape the afternoon sun.
A large electric awning allows you to enjoy the beautiful terrace even in the height of summer, from the private garden you have direct access to the communal area and pool. The communal pool is kept immaculate, it has the added feature of a designate children's pool inside of the main pool, there are also straw parasols dotted around the pool area.
The property is available for winter rentals and utility consumption is charged on your day of departure
