Would book to stay here again.

Location was good for bars and places to eat, right next to drop off and pick up from shuttle bus. Good view from balcony to people watch. Entrance to building was clean, tidy and secure. Not much storage to hang clothes

On a short break with my 84 yr old mum. Everything worked and she was very happy.

Nice clean appartment, the view from the balcony is fantastic, unbeatable value for money

People at the reception where we got the Key didn't know where the appartment was And send us in the wrong direction and said just use google maps They are right of course, that works best But its not really customer friendly and travelers often have their hands full

Great accommodation and location

Great view from the balcony, overlooking a beautiful beach and close enough for easy walk to bars / nightlife, while quiet enough to ensure a good sleep. Not the owners responsibility, but we booked our transfer with Abbas who didn't know rincon suite, but they knew where the Burger King was, so we had a few people asking who is staying at burger king when our driver shouted our drop off point lol. Minor issue we had a good laugh about

Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, modern apartment No kettle, an instruction/ welcome book would have been better for aircon etc. more storage (wardrobe/ drawer space needed. Bedrooms quite compact..much than it looks in the pics!!

location, view, quiet over night the small bedroom at rear was a bit like a prison cell. very dark and bars on wndow which opened onto internal corridor not out side. limited storage for guest in this bedroom with cupboard / wardrobe in main living room. would have expected a change towels on a 5 night stay

The weather was splendid and made the holiday perfect .

There was no breakfast , but the location was perfect and the balcony superb . I would like to return next year , Covid and Putin permitting . I couldn't work out the oven hob and so didn't use it for the whole month , and the ladies at Benidormbooking.com couldn't help . There were no cups / saucers , no kettle which I had to purchase myself and had to change the bedding myself .

Bestilte dette stedet siden vi kom sent på kvelden og her skulle det være mulighet for å hente nøkkel seint på booking Benidorm som var i nærheten av leiligheten,noen dager før vi skulle komme fikk jeg melding om at kontoret var stengt når vi kom,og vi måtte hente nøkler på et annet hotell, litt irriterende da vi allerede hadde forhåndsbestilt taxi, men tenkte vi fikk ordnet dette når vi kom. Når vi sitter på flyplassen får vi ny beskjed, nå kunne vi sjekke inn online og få nøkler utlevert på en automat hos booking Benidorm. Fikk logget inn og etter en lang prosess med personalia av alle, bilder av pass og selfie med pass var vi nå sjekket inn. Ankommer Benidorm og finner automaten, logger inn, scanner pass og ut kommer nøkler og garasje åpner,enkelt og greit. Alt hadde gått så mye enklere om dette hadde blitt opplyst om i utgangspunktet, så hadde vi sluppet alt dette rotet med nøkkel utlevering.

Muy buenas vistas

El piso es muy acogedor y con una posición inmejorable ya que en las cercanías encontraréis todo lo necesario para satisfacer qualquier tipo de necesidad. El gran balcón es un plus que ofrece una bonita vista hacia el mar. Muy bueno y amable el trato recibido en la oficina durante las fases de check in y check out. Falta un verdadero armario y el espacio en uno de los dormitorios es escaso. Estos pero son pequeños detalles que con un poco de espíritu de adaptación no van a ser un gran problema.
