Easo Suits Family & Friends

A large house with three bedrooms on the second floor, a large living room with a sofa, two armchairs, a kitchen and dining room and two complete bathrooms, in the heart of San Sebastián, 5 minutes walk from the beach, 10 minutes to the Old Town and with views of the Easo square. The Plaza is wonderful, full of life, with traditional cafes and patisseries. The building is more than 100 years old, with the charm of its facade, and the neighbors of a lifetime. Refurbished in 2018.

Space
A large and comfortable house, with three double bedrooms, two bathrooms (one of them in an en suite room), comfortable kitchen and living room with gazebo, dining room and balcony in the same large space. Air conditioning is available in the common area. There are also 3 standing fans in case they are needed, one per room. The kitchen and living room area have a viewpoint where you can work and are outside the Easo square. The rooms face the interior patio. Between two of the rooms is the tender patio and the third room opens onto an open patio.
The house has Wi-Fi, 2 smart-TVs, one in the living room measuring 55 inches and the other 32 inches in one of the bedrooms, washer-dryer, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery, drying rack (patio), ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, nespresso coffee machine and Italian coffee maker, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and air conditioning in the living area.

Services and common areas
COVID-19:
The house is cleaned and disinfected with bleach and alcohol, with single-use products and maintaining the maximum hygiene measures. After cleaning, 2 days will pass until the guest entrance, with the blinds lowered.
It has an ozone generator of 5,000mg / hour from June 22 with which it is disinfected and that guests can use whenever they want, in addition to hydroalcoholic gel.
