This first-floor, refurbished apartment rests in Lydney, Gloucestershire and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Carriage Apartment is a delightful first-floor apartment in a Grade II listed coach house in the grounds of the owner’s home, just outside the small town of Lydney. This all first-floor apartment has a king-size double bedroom, a twin bedroom, together sleeping four people and served by a shower room. Completing the interior is a kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area and a gas fire. Outside there is off-road parking for two cars, shared gardens with four ponds, and a private sitting area with furniture. Carriage Apartment is a wonderful holiday base.
Amenities: Electric central heating with electric fire. Electric oven with induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, 50" TV with Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for one car. Secure bike storage with electric charging point for bicycle only. Shared gardens with four ponds, and private seating area with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.4 miles. Note: Property accessed by external stone staircase and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Steep bank leads to heathland at back of gardens, and ponds are unfenced so children to be supervised
