This home is a new build located one block to the beach. When you enter the home you are greeted with open concept living and kitchen space. The second floor has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and laundry. French doors lead to a large open deck with plenty of patio furniture for lounging. The fenced back yard creates a private enviroment perfect for creating memories around the fire pit.
