Ideal Chill Break with fantastic beaches

First, "constructive feedback". It was not clear how we would check in actually, and where that would be which we assumed at the property, but a quick call and that was put right. The disappointing bit, and it doesn't need to be, was identifying how to get to your room and actually identify it. We were given two bunches of keys with wooden tabs identifying a number which we assumed was the room number. there was little explanation as to what to look for and how to go about the process..... we had to work out how the Garage fob worked, when reaching our allocated parking of no'7 (identified by number on door) we parked, got cases out in the dark, not advised of lights or how to activate, the keys in the bunch did not operate door 7. Another call which eventually ascertained that there would be another "general" door to get out and ignore door 7. We found the apartment block but then the number on the fob showed no resemblence to the numbers on the doors - everything was labelled 1A, B, C etc, nothing like the 5 numbers on the fob. Utterley frustrated i went back to the office and basically advised someone come and show me what and how or i would go home. A nice young lady, who actually spoke a little English, walked us to the door and showed/explained everything - how easy that was! Once inside, all was spotless, pleasant and an exact fit for what we wanted, really pleased. The location was great and very near the resort which was also great. All positive after poor start!

Environnement exceptionnel. Bonne situation de l’appartement, …mais propreté laissant à désirer à l’arrivée. Malgré un nettoyage à fond des remontées d’odeur insupportables dans la salle de bain / toilettes et un équipement loin des standards actuels.( prises électriques bricolées, électroménager hors d’âge,…)

El personal de apartamentos Cantabria excelente, un trato muy agradable y cercano, nos proporciono cuantas necesidades tuvimos, muy agradecidos a todas las chicas de la oficina, incluida la Sra. de la limpieza que también se encontraba por allí. Gracias. El apartamento carecía de calefacción, solamente un convector de aire y se saltaba el diferencial. Escasa contratación de potencia de luz.

Está bien ubicado, dispone de plaza de parking. Se podría mejorar el baño, ya que tiene poca presión de agua la ducha.
