Our accommodation is in a privileged location, on the beachfront overlooking the sea, right in front of El Cotillo Beach, where our guests can walk directly from the accommodation.
The flat has been recently refurbished and furnished for the total enjoyment of our guests. It has 1 bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living room. It is ideal for couples and small families with 1 child looking for the peace and quiet of the sea and the beautiful views.
From the living room you can see the sea and the terrace is very nice to enjoy the view. Both the bedroom and the living room have air conditioning and a TV in each room.
It has a communal garden, private terrace with barbecue, fenced plot.
The kitchen is American style, ceramic hob, equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, crockery/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.
About the area: El Cotillo is a place of little treasures, especially popular for its white sandy coves to the north of the town. Bathing in its coves. Stroll around its maritime environment. Savour the local gastronomy in its restaurants. Practising water sports, such as snorkelling or windsurfing, are some of the many options offered by El Cotillo.
The beaches of El Cotillo tend to be small, uncrowded and with non-existent waves. They are ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.
