Hosting three bedrooms; two doubles and a single [trundle bed], along with a bathroom and a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen, a living/dining room with a wood burning stove and a sitting room with a wood burning stove.
To the outside, there is a raised rear garden with furniture and a front patio with seating, while off-road parking is available for one car. Old School House is a fantastic property, providing accommodation for a family seaside getaway. Please note: the trundle bed in the property can be made up as a single or double. There are steps down to the rear of the property from the parking spaces, may not be suitable for the elderly. But there is a front entrance which has 2 steps and a gentle incline to the front door. There are no facilities for charging electric vehicles. However, there is a charging point at the Gadlys hotel half a mile away.

Amenities: Electric central heating and two woodburning stoves. Electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. 3 x Smart TVs, DVDs, WiFi, selection of books and games. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Rear raised garden with furniture and front patio with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 0.1 miles. Beach 0.2 miles. Note: There are steps down to the rear of the property from the parking spaces, may not be suitable for the elderly or infirm. Please note: the trundle bed in the property is only suitable for children.
