Elevated, Reformed chalet on 3000 sq m2 of land , 60 km west of Alicante, having wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and within walking distance of Pinoso town or two minutes by car. Sleeps 6
• Good access. Outside are mature walled gardens, car park, store room, barbeque and two patios with lovely pool area sheltered by natural rock and not overlooked.
• The entrance to the house via a covered, arched terrace, into the lounge/dining room with a wood burning stove and ceiling fans.
• Fitted kitchen and pantry, 3 bedrooms with wardrobes and Air conditioning.
• The master bedroom having ensuite shower room and patio doors to the terrace leading to the pool area. There is also a separate shower room.
• The house has mains water, electricity and septic tank for waste. Sky satellite dish for TV, also internet connection.
• Car parking for at least 6 cars.

We purchased this house to get away from the coast and be nearer a real Spanish town.
This is our second home but although we have used it in the summer and attended the fantastic Pinoso Fiesta at the end of July and others elsewhere we tend not to attend the house during July and August. Therefore we have decided to let others enjoy the house and location. We hope you enjoy your stay. The house was built in the 1970s and has not been updated very much.
