Cozy Studio with sea views and walking distance from the beach

At short walking distance from Port de Sóller harbour you find this Studio situated in a little community, with views to the bay and the surrounding mountains. The studio is located on the first floor (no elevator) and the access is over a staircase with quite a number of low steps. Its location offers a great view of the harbor, and in less than 5 minutes you are down by the marina, with all the bars, restaurants, shops, beach and rest of amenities of the area.

The Studio offers a bright and friendly ambience with amazing views from the living-dining room and an open plan kitchen. Opening the big sliding glass front, to the sides, you get a covered terrace feeling and enjoy indescribable views. There is a double bedroom and a shower bathroom.


The Studio is equipped with hot/cold air conditioning, Smart TV, wifi, washing machine, oven/microwave, and all the items you might need to spend a lovely and relaxing time in a perfect location.

Great space great location

Literally up the street from the main area of Port de Soller. Apartment was even bigger than expected. Clear communication from host. Yes, parking can be a little tricky at time but that's to be expected in a town like this when you're so central.

Belle vue et confort

En voyant les photos avec les rideaux j'avais eu peur que la vue ne soit pas si belle, et bien si la vue est sympa mi foret mi baie. Le petit vis a vis sur le côté n'est pas du tout gênant. L'appartement est très agréable vaste bien aménagé. La communication avec la gérante très réactif. On a toujours trouvé de la place au parking juste à côté.C'était chaque matin un plaisir de prendre le café avec la vue sur la baie et le dîner le voir avec les lumières sintillante sur port Soller. Et l'emplacement est idéal pour explorer la sierra tramontana.

Schönes Apartment mit Ausblick

Die Wohnung ist liebevoll gestaltet, hat einen traumhaften Blick auf Port de Soller und eine perfekte, ruhige Lage. Hafen und Strand sind fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Die Fensterfront lässt sich weitgehend öffnen, so dass ein Balkonfeeling entsteht. Es war alles da, was man braucht. Zur Kaffeebereitung dient ein Kapselautomat. Von der Straße erreicht man die Wohnung über ca. 90 Treppenstufen. Ein öffentlicher Parkplatz befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche und waren rundum zufrieden.

Amazing location, stunning views

My husband and I stayed a week here for our trip to Mallorca. The apartment is spacious and even better than the photos. The views are amazing and location is very close to the beach and restaurants. Parking was easy with a free lot close by. There is a hill to walk up and many stairs to get to the property so keep that in mind.

Absolutely amazing find in Port de Soller with fantastic view on the port. The Apartment is bright and very cozy. Perfect for a couple. All amenities were as described. Short walk to the beach all the great restaurants. Needed to contact the owner/management to extend the stay for an additional day. Very easy to deal with and very prompt in responding. Can't wait to stay at this property again in the future. Had a wonderful time.

Great little apartment in Port Do Soller!

Clean, beautiful, and spacious studio apartment in Port Do Soller! Location is amazing (just note you'll be walking up a hill and stairs). Host was super communicative and helpful! Loved this stay.

Great stay in fab location

The apartment was wonderful and just a short 5 min walk down to the port front. We had hired a car and was able to park it in an area outside the apartment with ease on most occasions. Communication with the host was great, she always replied promptly and offered any help where needed. The flat was kitted with all the basic equipment needed- the beach umbrella was a life saviour! All in all it was a great base for exploring the west of the island. We had a lovely stay! Thank you!

The perfect week away

A great location, two minutes walk from the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. We really appreciated the host sending over restaurant and other recommendations before we arrived. A brilliant stay!

très bel appartement

L’appartement est très mignon, bien placé (juste à côté du port, le seul bémol est le parking mais on a toujours réussi à trouver une place), les équipements sont bien (à la limite on aurait bien aimé avoir des tupperwares pour emmener un pique nique), je recommande sans hésiter !

Gem in Port de Soller

This is a wonderfully located Apartment. Just a short walk to the port. The apartment is up a flight of steps The apartment is spacious and well presented. Perfect for a holiday for 1 or 2 people. It’s fully open plan with a curtain dividing the living space from the sleeping area. This is my third visit to this location and I was not disappointed. Great support from the host for arrival and for departure.

We were very happy with our stay. The apartment was clean and had all necessary amenities including a washing machine. The location is very good being a 3 minute walk from the beach. Car parking was a slight issue but we found there was enough street parking available which wasn’t too far of a walk.

Schönes Wohnen in Port de Sóller

Das war jetzt bereits unser 14 Urlaub in Port de Sóller und 5 mal davon in dem Gebäude. Dieses Ferienwohnung ist die mit Abstand schönste!!!! Liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr schnelles WLAN, Waschmaschine und eine Küche mit allem was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder. DANKE.

Sehr schöne Aussicht und tolle zentrumsnahe Lage

Wir fühlten uns wohl und kommen gerne wieder.. Leider gab es dieses Jahr Probleme mit dem Internet und auch deshalb kein TV Empfang. Der Router wurde kurz zuvor gewechselt. Wurde aber sicherlich nach unserer Abreise behoben. Ansonsten gab es nichts zu bemängeln.

We have been here for a second visit after last year’s great trip. The location is perfect for our long distance cycling adventures. The apartment is beautiful, well kept, in a quiet location just minutes off the Port de Sollér Marina. Wifi works well, the kitchen is well equipped and the views from the breakfast table into the sunrise are priceless.

Lovely flat with a great location

We loved our stay in this comfy apartment. It was clean, simply stylish and the views were great. No issues with check in and the location was great. Only little issue was sometimes parking could give you a hard time but it was really minor. Thank you.

Lovely escape in Port de Sóller

Wonderful apartment in Port de Sóller with a beautiful view! I came here after three weeks in Madrid and the mountain and water scenery was a welcome break (as was the peace and quiet!). You’re located minutes from the promenade/beach which is filled with restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and shops. The apartment itself is spacious and airy and well-stocked with everything you might need. I worked remotely while here and the space was great for that. I was also able to make many day trips (I walked but there is also a tram and bus) to Sóller as well as hike to Torre Picada and Cap Gros. Would certainly return to this location 💚

Super Port Appartment

A very comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. Very clean and welcoming on arrival. The apartment has A fine view onto the bay of Port De Soller. It is a hard climb to the apartment especially with luggage but well worth it. It is a short downhill walk into the port with a vast variety of restaurants and water side features. This is my second stay here and it was equally as good as the previous visit. Well located. Good standard of accommodation. Would definitely consider another visit.
