This beautiful Upperstay villa, Villa Caribe, is located in the luxury residential area Vista Royal. This tropical villa offers you all the comfort you could wish for during your holiday. Located on a plot of 900m2 and only 600 meters from the trendy beach clubs of Papagayo and Zanzibar, many restaurants, the beach of Jan Thiel and the supermarket.

This 8 person single storey villa is very luxuriously furnished and has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus 2 person apartment with its own kitchen and bathroom. This holiday home has a private swimming pool with sun beds, an outdoor shower and a spacious palapa with lounge set to relax. The apartment is available for stays with 7-8 people.

The villa has a large living room and is modern and stylishly furnished. The luxurious open kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped, such as an American fridge with ice maker, oven, dishwasher, Nespresso, Senseo, kettle, etc.

The whole house has high ceilings which are not only beautiful to see but also keep the temperature in the villa very pleasant. The shutter windows are fitted with mosquito nets.

The spacious bedrooms are all air-conditioned and have large king-size beds (180cm-200cm). The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
The villa is situated on a plot of 900 m2 and is completely fenced. There is a parking space for one car within the remote controlled sliding gate.
The alarm system is connected to the central station of CVD Security.

Fantastisch verblijf

We hebben het geweldig gehad in villa Caribe! Fijne rustige omgeving(alleen wel wat bouwwerkzaamheden bij de buren). Dicht bij Jan Thiel beach, wat een erg leuke plek is!
