All rooms, including the bedrooms, have floor-to-ceiling glass fronts with sliding doors to one of the terraces and electric, room-darkening roller shutters. All bedrooms have fitted closets and en-suite bathrooms with rain showers and windows/patio doors. The bathroom of the master bedroom also has a bathtub. There is also a guest toilet on the pool level and a further shower bathroom in the basement - next to the fitness room with several fitness machines and the games room with a pool table and a bar. All rooms in the villa are air-conditioned with individual controls for each room. The air conditioning system also allows the rooms to be heated.
