From the balcony you can enjoy a view of the town, apple orchards, and majestic mountains. Our cozy apartment is brand new and has all the comforts of home. Our apartment has 1 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, living room with pullout couch, kitchen, laundry room and balcony.

Brez is a small town in the earth of the Dolomiti of Brenta. The village is the last in the Italian speaking area of South Tyrol. The next Village is Laurein and Proveis are 4 kilometres away and are in the German speaking area of South Tyrol. In the area you can find all the outdoor activities you need and there are a lot of lakes to discover! Merano and its famous thermal baths is 30 kilometre far away. Bozen is only 40 minutes away and Trento 40 minutes where you can find lots of Museums.

Seht schöne Wohnung in wunderschöner Lage

Wir haben uns in dieser Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr gute Ausstattung und sehr sehr sauber. Die Lage ist hervorragend um viele Touren zu unternehmen. Daniele hat sich sehr um uns bemüht. Ein toller Gastgeber. Super freundlich und sehr aufgeschlossen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschön im Hochtal gelegen

Nette Ferienwohnung zentral im Hochtal val di non gelegen. Die Küche ist für Selbstversorger gut ausgestattet. Der kleine Laden im Ort hat alles Nötige im Angebot. Für Naturliebhaber und Wanderer ist es sehr günstig gelegen. Bei Fragen hilft der Vermieter umgehend weiter. Vielen Dank Danielle!

Dass wir uns absolut wohl fühlten lag nicht nur an der wunderschönen Landschaft oder am tollen Wetter, sondern am vorbildlichen Support durch die sehr sympathischen Vermieter Jennifer und Daniele. Sämtliche Nachfragen wurden prompt erledigt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit und würden uns, wenn es uns wieder in die Gegend führt, sofort wieder für die Ferienwohnung entscheiden.

Sehr schönes Appartement

Schöne Unterkunft, herzlicher Gastgeber, sehr gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Brez bietet außer einer herrlichen Aussicht von unserem Balkon nichts, was aber sicherlich Corona geschuldet war. Guter Conad in Fondo, sehr guter Supermarkt in Cles, gute Metzgerei und herrlicher Golfplatz in Sarnonico. Brez ist ein prima Sprungbrett für Ausflüge und Wanderungen, wie Brenta Nationalpark, Tovelsee, Smeraldosee, Castel Thun. Empfohlene Tips: Dolomiti it. Fazit wunderschöner Urlaub

Genoten van de rust, het uitzicht en de omgeving in een geweldig appartement

Zeer hartelijk en gastvrij werden wij verwelkomt. Het appartement vonden wij erg knus met alles erop en eraan. Van hieruit hebben we allerlei uitstapjes gemaakt: met de funicolare de mendola naar Caldaro waar we heerlijk gewandeld hebben tussen de wijnranken en appelboomgaarden, gezwommen in het warmste bergmeer van de Alpen, heerlijk hebben gegeten in de stad. Mooie wandelingen gemaakt in de bergen, met alles erop en eraan: stoeltjeslift, koeien met bellen en heerlijke gerechten en biertjes... Het was héérlijk!

Wir , das sind mein Mann und ich und unsere 16-jährige Tochter haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und freundlich eingerichtet, an die Dachschräge mussten wir uns halt etwas anpassen. Jeniffer und Daniele sind sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Vermieter. Wir können die Wohnung nur empfehlen. Und noch herzlichen Dank an die Beiden für das großartige Ergebnis der Apfelernte, die Äpfel schmecken hervorragend. La dolce vita in Brez

Ankommen, wohlfühlen und entspannen, dass ist in der sehr komfortablen und modernen Wohnung von Daniele mehr als möglich. Mit Ausblick auf die Apfelplantagen auf dem Balkon kann man nur erahnen, wie schön es ist, die Umgebung zu erkunden. Daniele ist ein toller Gastgeber. Danke lieber Daniele für 8 Tage pure Erholung in deinem Apartment, das viel italientische Liebe zum Detail aufweist...bis wieder einmal in Brez! Christine & Robert

Sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft im Nonstal

Wir hatten die gemütliche Ferienwohnung im Dachgeschoß mit guter Ausstattung (einschließlich sehr guter Matratzen) und zwei Bädern. Das WLAN, was wir oft auch zum Streamen von Filmen nutzten, hat tadellos funktioniert. Brez ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen. Im kleinen Ort gibt es einen netten Supermarkt. Empfehlenswert ist eine Einkehr im Maza Plaz. Daniele ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der auch per SMS nachfragt, ob alles passt und jederzeit erreichbar ist. Gutes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Kleine Anregung: eine Garderobe für die Jacken, etc. im Eingangsbereich wäre nützlich. Kompliment: weiter so Daniele!

Very nice appartment

Very well equipped apartment, including dish washer and washing machine, gas stove and electric oven and terrace. Excellent matress on the bed. Beautiful environment. While the appartment is directly under the roof, some attention is necessary (especially for big people) to prevent hitting your head against the roofbeams in one of the rooms, but this did not bother us. Working point: we could have done with (preferably external) solar blinds on the roof windows or some other means of keeping the appartement cooler, because it did get rather hot inside, although all in all this was not a major problem.

Très bel appartement situé dans un endroit agréable permettant la visite de sites intéressants.

Appartement spacieux et confortable, bien équipé, situé au dernier étage d'une grande maison ancienne remarquablement rénovée. Attention de ne pas se cogner la tête aux belles poutres car leur hauteur est variable. Le propriétaire est très accueillant. Les chiens sont bien reçus et acceptés. Brez et les villages du Val de Non sont très beaux et il y a beaucoup de sites historiques et naturels à visiter. On se trouve dans une région à la fois de moyenne montagne et de haute montagne. L'activité agricole essentielle dans la région est la culture des pommiers en espaliers. De loin ça ressemble à des vignes mais ce sont des pommiers qui produisent la Golden Delicious. Les langues parlées sont l'Italien, l'Allemand et l'Anglais. On parle plutôt l'Allemand dans les villages et l'Italien dans les grandes villes. L'idéal est d'adopter immédiatement la langue de votre interlocuteur. Pour se baigner dans la région avec son chien, le lac de Clés n'est pas adapté car c'est un lac de Barrage. Nous recommandons le lac Tovel qui se trouve dans un site superbe classé au patrimoine naturel de l'Unesco, où la baignade n'est pas interdite et les chiens non plus. La température de l'eau est suffisante. Ce n'est pas très loin. Le propriétaire nous a indiqué un autre lac chaud qui est sans doute un peu plus loin, que nous ne sommes pas allés voir. Notre grande ville préférée dans la région est Bolzano (Bosen) pour l'animation de la vielle ville.le matin. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable au calme à Brez, début Juillet, loin des embouteillages et des foules de touristes. Jean-Louis

Posto incantevole circondato da meleti con una vista unica ambiente funzionale e arredato con cura.

Che dire siamo stati ospiti nell'appartamento Renetta, molto caldo ed accogliente ci siamo coccolati nella sua atmosfera romantica per quattro giorni che resteranno sempre nei nostri cuori. Ringraziamo per la gentilezza con cui Daniele ci ha accolto. Molto disponibile anche nel fornirci itinerari e posti da visitare durante il nostro soggiorno. Un posto dove trovare tranquillità e serenita' lontano dai rumori delle grandi città. Impagabile torneremo sicuramente è lo consigliamo vivamente.

Il proprietario Daniele è stato molto disponibile e gentile, ci ha fornito tutte le infomazioni e ci ha consigliato alcuni posti per cenare davvero ottimi! Per quanto riguarda la casa che dire.. Moderna, spaziosa e accogliente.. Meravigliosa. Ci sono due bagni, una camera da letto, un divano letto e due letti singoli È molto piu bella che in foto!! Ci torneremo sicuramente!!

Veramente bello bello!!!

In ottima posizione, pulitissimo, con tutto quello che serve. Titolare gentilissimo e sempre a disposizione, anche se non credo che ce ne sia bisogno... Anche il panorama ha il suo fascino soprattutto mattina e sera. Non si soffre il caldo (31° esterni). Consiglio vivamente!

Wohlfühloase!

Diese Ferienwohnung ist, genau wie beschrieben, ein Traum! Wir haben uns für zwei Wochen in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und die Zeit im Nonstal genossen. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal und auch für 4 gut geeignet, da es zwei Bäder gibt. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll abgestimmt und auch die Küche komplett bestückt und alles ist top sauber und gepflegt. Der Vermieter Daniele ist immer zur Stelle, wenn man ihn braucht und super nett. Wir können die Wohnung als Basis zur Erkundung der Region nur empfehlen - es gibt viel zu entdecken..... man kann herrlich wandern, radfahren, Auto- oder Motorradtouren starten oder einfach nur die Ruhe genießen. Mit dem Auto sind im 10 Minutenradius viele, sehr empfehlenswerte Restaurants erreichbar. Da die Isolierung sehr gut ist, waren auch Tage mit mehr als 30*C kein Problem! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Perfect location, simply charming

As all the previous visitors have all stated, Danielle is the perfect host from confirming accommodation availability, to making every effort for you to enjoy your stay. He even took the time to offer suggestions of place we could visit after taking time to get to know us when meeting us on arrival. It is clear he truly wants you to enjoy your stay. The apartment is clean, with good quality products throughout, and the little balcony is wonderful place to sit out on at any time of day. We spent our eights days cycling in and around the area, and we would certainly recommend a visit. Locandia Alpina restaurant situated at the bottom of the road is a must place to visit. The food is amazing, and the owner a true gentleman. On the evening we visited the restaurant was quiet, therefore he was able to spend some time with us explaining the history of the village, why they grow apples, and the history of the restaurant. A real treat.

Bellissimo

Brez hat sich uns wie eine gemütliche, italienische Ortschaft inmitten von Apfelplantagen in den Dolomiten vorgestellt. Als Familienurlaub mit kleinen Wanderansprüchen (kinderwagentauglich) hat uns die Gegend - vor allem Aufgrund der guten Anbindung nach Meran, Bozen aber auch zum Gardersee - sehr gut gefallen. Die Wohnung entsprach vollständig der Beschreibung: sehr sauber, gepflegt und modern. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich, schnell und zuverlässig. In besonderer Erinnerung verbleibt uns, das uns der Vermieter telefonisch (Englisch) zum Ort gelotst hatte und uns dort abgeholt hatte, nachdem unser Navi ausgefallen war. Auf Anfrage wurde uns ein neuwertiges Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Alles im Allem würden wir das Apartment wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Es eignet sich perfekt für zwei Personen oder kleine Familien. Aufgrund der zwei Badezimmer könnte auch Besuch über Nacht bleiben. Vielen Dank für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt. Familie Bernau
