A charming and very comfortable apartment with an unbeatable location. It is located on the Prado-Retiro axis, declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO.

The Prado apartment is a very good option for your visit to Madrid, in a very central area that allows you to explore all of Madrid.

Located in the area known as the Paseo del Prado. This area runs from Plaza de la Cibeles to Atocha and to the east it borders the Retiro Park: a famous park created by King Carlos III in the style of the great French gardens, with a unique variety of trees, and which is the lung of the city. On its territory is the Prado Museum, and the Thyssen Museum, two of the most important art galleries in the world. Also very close to the Botanical Garden, built in the 18th century and with more than 30,000 plant varieties.

It is one of the most sought-after residential areas of the city, a beautiful neighbourhood where life is quite peaceful despite being in the heart of the city, and which is paradoxically surrounded by large green areas. Some of the best restaurants in the city have chosen this neighbourhood to establish themselves.

It is located on Calle Moreto number 5. Ground floor right. In a fully renovated historic building.

To access the property, you have to cross a pleasant inner courtyard with a beautiful tree in the centre, which makes the house more independent from the neighbourhood and therefore enjoy total tranquility.

It is a 50 square metre studio apartment, quite spacious, which allows for a comfortable separation between the dining table and the sofa with the television, and the main double bed. It has a bathroom with a shower, a kitchen and a comfortable dressing room to store clothes, luggage and belongings.

The apartment is ideal for a family with a child and has a cot for babies.

The apartment measures 54 square metres.
