Recently renovated Rustico surrounded by a natural oasis with beautiful view of the lake and the village of Frino. Sunny and quiet location with hiking trails directly from the Rustico.

Position: the rustico lies in the hamlet of Frino, ca. 20 minutes on foot from the center of Ghiffa, the wonderful lido, several restaurants, bars, alimentary shop and promenade.
The center of Verbania is about 5 km away and this is the next bigger town with many attractive shops and a large weekly street market.

The rustico can ONLY be reached on foot, ca. 2 minutes from public parking.

Ein wunderschönes Haus mit Garten am Ortsrand. Von der Terrasse hat man einen tollen Ausblick auf den See. Die Einrichtung ist einfach, dennoch charmant und gemütlich. Öffentliche Parkplätze sind in ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg ohne größere Steigung zu erreichen

Sehr schön

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt. Eine tolle Aussicht und um zur Ruhe zu kommen genau das Richtige. Leider sind wir 90 Min umhergeirrt weil wir das Haus nicht gefunden haben. Wir haben auch leider keine Wegbeschreibung bekommen. Einheimische konnten uns weiterhelfen Der Parkplatz ist etwa 3 Min vom Haus entfernt. Eigentlich kein Problem, doch leider waren diese Parkplätze öfters besetzt. Und wir mussten weit unten parken, ca. 15 Min Fußweg. Das ist aber auch das einzige was zu bemängeln wäre. Und eine Wegbeschreibung wäre auch nicht schlecht

Für romantische Tage zu zweit

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Man muss zwar ein paar Schritte zu Fuß gehen, was insbesondere bei der An- und Abreise mit Gepäck etwas mühsam ist, doch dafür wird man mit idyllischer und ruhiger Lage sowie Blick auf den See entschädigt. Insbesondere das Frühstück und die langen Abende auf der Terrasse waren ein Traum. Das Haus ist nicht groß, doch für 2 Personen ideal, da man sich eh die meiste Zeit außer Haus aufhält. Auch unser Hund konnte sich in dem eingezäunten Grundstück frei bewegen. Das Rustico ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, insbeondere die sehr große Küche ist hervorzuheben, jedoch gibt es keinen Backofen, was uns aber nicht weiter gestört hat. Es war alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Sehr netter Gastgeber, wir durften uns im Garten um das Haus herum mit Obst und Gemüse bedienen. Es war für uns eine sehr schöne Zeit und werden mit Sicherheit wiederkommen !

Ruhige Lage

Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Allerdings Ameisen in der Küche. Insgesamt kleiner als erwartet und eher ungemütlich eingerichtet - bei gutem Wetter kein Problem, da man sich dann draußen aufhält. Bei Regen allerdings schnell beengt und nasskalt. Vor allem abends auch mal gemütlich Fernsehen ist nicht möglich, da keine wirkliche Couch. Die Lage ist insgesamt sehr schön mit tollem Blick auf den See. Mit Hunden auch super, da sie in den Garten können und man direkt vom Haus aus schöne Wanderwege hat. Die Abgelenheit hat allerdings den kleinen Nachteil, dass man vom recht weit entfernten Parkplatz (öffentlich) alles (Koffer, Einkauf etc.) weit tragen muss. Auch hatten wir zu Beginn doch Mühe das Haus überhaupt zu finden.

Tolles Gesamtkonzept

Tolles Gesamtkonzept. Ruhige und abgelegene Lage mit super Blick auf den Lago Maggiore. Sehr netter Kontakt mit der Agentur und den Vermietern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Weg vom Parkplatz zur FeWo etwas steil und 5 min lang. Für uns war das kein Problem. Aussicht auf den Lago ist einfach Traumhaft. Küche ist gut eingerichtet. Dusche/Bad ausreichend warmes Wasser und groß genug für zwei. Wohnung insgesamt sehr sauber und funktional eingerichtet. Schlüsselannahme und auch die Abgabe vollig Problemlos. Die Mitarbeiter in der Agentur sprechen Deutsch und sind sehr hilfsbereit. Alles bestens. Eine Beschreibung bzw Bedienungsanleitung für die Pellet Heizung für Laien wäre nicht schlecht. Falls die Fewo nächstes Jahr wieder frei sein sollten kommen wir gerne nochmal.

Idyllische Unterkunft

Sehr idyllisch, aber auch sehr abgelegen. Gepäck etc muß über Trampelpfad zum Haus getragen werden. Schöner Blick auf den See, sehr ruhig.

Reposant, agréable avec une magnifique vue

Nous avons passé 2 semaines dans cette location que nous avons beaucoup aimé. La location est très bien équipée avec une très belle vue sur le lac, et idéalement située. Nous recommandons avec plaisir cet endroit ! Thomas et Pauline

Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Toll, dass man sich im Garten bedienen konnte. Leider etwas weit entfernt vom Parkplatz. Sonst alles gut.

Super!

Super saubere und schöne Ferienwohnung. Es ist etwas abgelegen und man muss vom Parkplatz 2-3min laufen, was aber absolut kein Problem ist. Es gibt auf dem Parkplatz ausreichend Parkplätze. Wunderbar ist der Garten ums Haus herum. Hier wächst alles mögliche an frischen Gemüse und wir durften es zum Kochen verwenden. Zudem wohnen ein paar Hühner im Garten und mit Glück bekommt man morgens frische Eier. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, der Garten ist komplett eingezäunt und der Hund kann dort toben. Alles in allem nur zu empfehlen.
