The ground floor has a spacious and bright living room, a separate and fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a double bedroom. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower. From the villa there are views of the ocean and mountains. The villa has TV with international channels, WI-FI, air conditioning in all areas.Outside the villa you have a living area, a covered dining area, a private heated swimming pool with sun loungers. The pool heating only on request with an additional charge of € 150 per week.
