Adjacent to the kitchen is the delightfully comfortable country-style Sitting Room/Lounge for relaxing, watching TV, or playing a DVD.
On the first floor, the cottage has two Bedrooms one with a double king bed and the other with two singles, comfortably sleeping 4 in all, plus the newly refurbished bathroom, which has a toilet, sink and a walk-in shower.
On the second floor, there is the Games Room -
a perfect place to relax on the settee and bean bags with a games console and television.
Outside there is the charmingly private Patio/Garden with seating and table for alfresco dining or planning your day out - from Avon Dassett there are plenty of walks and places of interest - The Dassett Country Park, Edge Hill, Farnborough Hall and Lakes, The National Herb Centre, Upton House plus the whole of the Cotswolds to explore
