One bedroom, one bath fully furnished ground floor apartment, NOT the entire townhouse, one block off the Bentonville Square & next door to the Ledger & Hilton Motto. The best location available in downtown Bentonville! Walk to all of the events going on around the square or any of the fine dining options. We reside upstairs.

The apartment has Roku for streaming, U Tube TV, wifi, full kitchen, QUEEN bed, washer/dryer, indoor bike storage(2 bike max)

Visit the Walmart Museum, Crystal Bridges Museum of American Art, The Momentary, Native American Museum, Walking/Biking Trails with an easy walk or drive. Next door to HiltonMotto & The Ledger is 700ft West from our front door!

Minimum 2 night stay. MAX 2 GUESTS. NO EXTRA CLEANING FEE!
Check in 3pm. Check out noon. Key lockbox on right side of Ground floor entrance door.

Due to downtown construction, parking can be a challenge now. Our location is best for ride share guests at this time. There is a city lot in front of our building but we have no designated spot & it’s usually full of downtown workers & hotel guests.

Bentonville Perfection!

We couldn't think of a better place to stay to get the most of Bentonville! The hosts were fantastic. Very helpful and made sure we were comfortable and welcome. Bentonville is a great town for walking, bike riding, museums, shopping and dining. The apartment is just a block off the town square and was quiet even when the town was bustling. And it was very clean and well stocked with the basics. We highly recommend this place!

Great location near Bentonville square

Fabulous place just right off the downtown square in Bentonville. Easy access to everything. The hosts were super friendly and gracious. Definitely recommend this place if you want to be near all the food/activities.

Great place!

My husband and I truly loved this little place!! It was so clean, and the owners left tons of treats…coffee pods, snacks, water, toiletries, games, YouTube TV, etc…they are top notch. I’m kind of sad to not be there again tonight. We parked and walked to most of the places we wanted to go. Grocery store close by plus many restaurants. We enjoyed talking to the owners as they sat on their porch. We will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Weekend away

Wow! Great location and spotless! A very updated apartment. The owners went out of their way to tell us about what was going on that weekend and help us get orientated to Bentonville. The property is in a wonderful location. Walkable to Crystal Bridges museum, the downtown restaurants and bars. Such a cute area that I cannot wait to return. All of the little extras were appreciated. Thank you for such a lovely weekend!

Had a great 2 day stay right in downtown Bentonville, very clean and has all the amenities you need! Linda & James saved us a parking spot when we checked in since it was a busy time of the day! We fully enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location!

I’m not sure I can adequately describe this property. First of all, it is steps from the heart of Bentonville Square. The size of the rental was perfect, the location was perfect and the unit was spotless. James and Linda could not have been nicer. They greeted us upon arrival and even reserved us a parking spot! We were so appreciative! It was such a joy renting from them. They thought through every detail in the rental and it was absolutely perfect. I would love to have a reason to come back to Bentonville and stay again. We had the best trip!

I stayed for business meetings and found the location fantastic. Most of my meetings were a short drive or walk, while allowing easy access to local restaurants after work hours. Highly recommend!

Loved it!

Linda and James have such a great place! It is extremely clean, the perfect size for 2 and is right on the square. It was so nice being able to walk everywhere. Linda and James went above and beyond. There was a large event going on the day we arrived so they saved us a parking spot in the lot so we didn’t have to search for one. How nice is that?!? I would absolutely recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Perfect spot for biking Bentonville!

The hosts were amazing, the property is gorgeous and fully accommodating. One night it was raining and we were just going to run across the parking lot to grab some pizza, and found umbrellas in the bike cleaning closet! They have thought of everything. We will be telling our friends to stay here when they come to Bentonville. We will definitely be back.
