Welcome to Cattenstedt, a district of the city of Blankenburg/Harz; the village is about 35 minutes' walk from the city centre. This centrally located apartment building used to be a co-op, a daycare and even a dance hall and is around 110 years old, although it has already been extensively renovated in some cases. The apartment has its own entrance and welcomes you with a bright, spacious vestibule. The separate guest toilet is also located here. The living/dining area with TV and large dining table offers enough space for the whole family. You can cook fresh food daily and self-cater in the separate fitted kitchen with stove, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher and large refrigerator.
The cosy bathroom is equipped with a modern rainhead shower, toilet and washing machine. The second bathroom has a sink and toilet. Both bedrooms are individually accessible via the hall.
The so-called children's room is equipped with 2 single beds, a bunk bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and TV.
The second bedroom has a double bed, chest of drawers and TV. Parking spaces for 2 vehicles are available in front of the house. Its perfect location in Cattenstedt, in the middle of Brocken and Bodetal, invites you to explore the wonderful surrounding nature and many sights of the Harz. Excursions in the area include: Rappbode dam, Rübeland stalactite caves, Quedlinburg, Wernigerode, Brocken.
Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
