The structure was built in 1563 and will be renovated in 2009 and again in 2020. Located on the first floor of this lovely building in Mombaroccio, this apartment features a swimming pool and a garden with sea views, shared with other guests as well.

The center is 500 m away to splurge on everything you need. The pleasant coastal town of Fano is 20 km from the residence and you will find plenty of cozy bars, cafes and restaurants. The nearest restaurant is located 500 m away and is well-worth a visit.

Thanks to the air conditioning, it is also fine here in the middle of summer. You can enjoy a cooling dip in the pool, and feel the breeze hug you as you soak some sun in the garden with sea views.
