A windy week in a warm cottage

Nice cottage down a long narrow country lane. Very warm with underfloor heating Kitchen very small with modest fridge, we made the mistake of doing a Tesco shop prior to arriving. Pubs a 4 mile drive.

Summer break

This was our second visit and it was as good as ever. Shaun and Kathy are very helpful and Kathy makes beautiful scones, plus the addition of some lovely wine. The hen house is so lovely, with fabulous views to look out into, plus the lovely hot tub. We will be returning sometime

Comfy and warm with an amazing view

Warm and comfy. The view from the deck was amazing. Everything was clean and in good working order. Personally I didn’t like the pillows - hard and a bit lumpy but I appreciate that is a personal opinion. My only real problem is that there are no windows that can open- there’s patio doors but in wet and windy weather we could not leave these open during the night and there were no other opening windows. Made for a stuffy night!

The Hen House at Accot Manor - Bliss!

Upon arrival and met by Shawn the co-owner of Accot Manor, it was obvious we were in for a lovely restful stay over looked by incredible surroundings. Shawn made us feel most welcome o arrival and talking with his wife Kathy, at the end of our stay, it was true to say they have created something really special with their 3 amazing accomadations surrounding their own piece of tranquility.
