Lavender Barn is a Grade II listed barn conversion situated in the village of Crantock in Cornwall. Hosting one super-king-size bedroom and shower room, the property can sleep up to two guests. There is also an open-plan living area with kitchen, dining and sitting area with woodburning stove. To the outside is an enclosed garden and off-road parking for one car. Lavender Barn is a lovely choice for couples eager to discover the beauty of Cornwall.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV with FreeSat and DVD player, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent, please bring your own beach towels. Off-road parking for strictly 1 car. Enclosed garden (accessed through a gate at the back of the property and not through the house) with barbecue, raised decking and furniture. One well-behaved dog welcome with a second at discretion of the owner (dogs must be kept off furniture). Sorry, no smoking at the barn or on-site. Shop and pub 0.1 miles.
