Las Dunas Duplex apartment is situated on the 2nd floor (lift), direct access from the private parking area on to the apartment block. It's divided in 3 floors:
-Main floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine, kitchenware, toaster, coffee machine), toilet, lounge and dining-room area equipped with TV (Spanish only), access onto terrace, furnished and south orientated.
-Upper floor: Master bedroom with queen size bed and en-suite bathroom; bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom (bath).
-Top floor: access on to solarium terrace (sunbeds available) with a sea view and a wonderful view on to San Antonio Cape.
Just a short walk across the road and you will be enjoying to walk along the buzzing promenade of El Arenal, scattered with a great variety of restaurants; we highly recommend Monsoon (Thai Food ), Lungo Mare (Italian),La Perla de Jávea (Typical Mediterranean dishes) and for a lower budget with the best quality food you will find the best burgers at MOS, is a MUST. You will find all this variety and much more all along a beautiful sandy beach which offers quite a few activities such as voleyball, games, gym, 2 kiddy´s playgrounds. It's a perfect location for a great family holiday on the beach!!!!

Lovely apartment
Great stay at this apartment.The apartment had everything to make your holiday enjoyable.Easy reach of the beach and supermarkets so you could eat out or cook yourself.Communication was easy right from booking until leaving.The pool area was very clean and most of the time we had it to ourselves.We would definetly return to this apartment if we were going to this area

Perfekter Urlaub
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für Familien. Eine tolle Ausstattung und die Lage gegenüber vom Strand ist unschlagbar. Der Pool in der Anlage ist auch toll und es war nie besonders voll, wenn wir dort waren. Patricia ist eine so liebenswürdige Gastgeberin und war für uns immer erreichbar. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

The apartment was perfect. Spaceous. Balcony very nice, sunny. The only minor thing is the furniture, very bad sofa’s and dining table chairs. But for the rest, we definitly like to come again. And thank you Patricia for the nice contacts.

A quelques pas de l’Arenal
Situation parfaite, super accueil de Patricia, chaleureuse et aux petits soins. L’appartement est impeccable. La climatisation est un vrai plus pour récupérer des fortes chaleurs. Seul bémol : un petit coup de jeune sur la déco et l’électroménager serait appréciable et rendrait l’endroit parfait. Quelques nuisances avec les jeunes locataires voisins qui ne respectent pas les règles élémentaires de respect du voisinage mais auxquelles les propriétaires ne sont pas responsables. Avec un peu de modernisation je reviendrais volontiers.

tout a porter de marche !

Y volveremos de nuevo
Es el segundo año q voy, la verdad q el calor de la segunda planta es bastante pesado y terminamos durmiendo en el salón. Pero la urbanización está en una zona perfecta, la piscina es un lujo y muy tranquila. Patricia es un encanto y siempre está atenta a la mínima necesidad. Este año la urbanización tenia una plaga de hormigas q nos dijeron q habían tratado pero sin surtir efecto pq estaban por todas partes incluidas las viviendas. La vivienda está muy equipada, no le falta de nada incluso sillas, sombrillas y toallas de playa. Seguro q volveremos.

El apartamento está en una ubicación muy buena,el único pero que le pondría sería que necesitan aire acondicionado en las habitaciones,ya que hace calor y con las ventas abiertas se olle el ruido de bares y el trajín de los camiones de basura.Los ventiladores de techo no son suficientes,por lo demás al apartamento no le falta de nada.

Gem this close to the Arenal beach in Javea.
Very clean, well equipped property over 3 floors including a secluded solarium. This is just like a home rather than a holiday let. The host, Patricia was very helpful and nothing too much trouble. Secure parking is a bonus. The wifi was fast and reliable. Highly recommended as it was so close to the beach and a small supermarket. Our only observations are that it could benefit from a hand rail up both staircases especially up to the solarium and a full length mirror in the hall. Would certainly stay again.

Ideale locatie en een prima gastvrouw
Uitstekende communicatie met Patricia. Ontvangst idem dito. Prima huis dat heel gunstig ligt. Lekker balkon op het zuiden. Het huis is ietwat gehorig. Verder alles wat je nodig hebt aanwezig. Een stofzuiger en een wasmand vonden wij het enige gemis. Het contact tussentijds met Patricia was super gezellig.

Fijn zonnig verblijf op een prima locatie
Een leuk appartement op een prachtige locatie bij de boulevard van El Arenal . Het appartement is werkelijk van alles voorzien. Balkon en dakterras liggen heerlijk op het zuiden. Prima bed. Verwarming van de airco voldoet. De housekeeper Patricia is spontaan en heel behulpzaam. We hebben met plezier genoten van onze duplexwoning Las Dunas en van de nabijheid van de gezellige boulevard met z’n restaurantjes en terrassen. Komen hier beslist nog terug.

Perfecta ubicación.
El apartamento está genial ubicado, justo en el paseo marítimo el cual es muy bonito. El apartamento tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unas estupendas vacaciones. La piscina comunitaria abierta de 9 a 22 es perfecta. Patricia es un encanto y el piso te lo entrega impecable, súper atenta y agradable en todo. La única pega es q en el piso de arriba no hay aire acondicionado y el dormir es un poco agobiante, ami la verdad q los ventiladores de techo no me parece suficiente pq se pasa calor, ojalá se coloque el aire pq la verdad q me gustaría repetir estancia más años.

Appartement agréable et bien situé, proche de la mer et des commerces. Literie confortable. Il manque juste la climatisation dans les chambres et une douche à l'italienne ou cabine, au moins dans une salle de bain, serait plus pratique qu'une baignoire pour se doucher.
