A spacious, comfortable, well-equipped apartment in the St James condominium, based in the picturesque village of Praia da Luz, just outside Lagos in the western Algarve.

The apartment is 120m2 in total and consists of 3 bedrooms, living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms.

St James is a family-oriented complex, located within the bounds of the village and boasting excellent facilities, finished to a very high standard. The beautiful beach in Luz is just a few hundred metres away and the historic and scenic town of Lagos just a 10min taxi-ride or drive.

The master bedroom is fitted with a double-bed and has an adjoining ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has twin beds and the 3rd bedroom has bunk-beds, all rooms finished to a high standard with built-in wardrobes.

Main bathroom is spacious and has bath/shower plus bidet and tiling throughout. Ensuite bathroom off main bedroom with shower cabin, bidet and tiling throughout.

The living/dining room is large and tastefully decorated with two sofas, coffee table and tv unit, as well as a large dining table with seating for 6. The living area also leads onto a large balcony with seating and table.

The kitchen is separate and also contains a table with seating for 4. Kitchen is well equipped with fridge, washing machine, kettle, microwave, hob/oven, sandwich-maker/grill and toaster.

Living room also contains dvd player and personal audio system.

The beach at Praia da Luz is just 400m away, with many activities available on beach, including kayaking, sailing etc.

Many options also in the vicinity for activities including golf, walking and general sightseeing.

Wonderful time

We had a wonderful time at St James in Praia da Luz. The flat is clean, well equipped and exactly as described. Brian was always quick to help with any questions or concerns we had. We will be happy to come back.

Well located,near praia da luz beach

No geral óptimo apartamento fiel ao anúncio. O anfitrião é muito simpático e disponível. A localização é óptima. Zona da piscina calma e agradável. O único se não foi o colchão da cama de casal que não era muito confortável.

Wonderful stay

I can only echo what has been said before, we spent 3 weeks in the apartment and it was like a home from home. With 4 children 12 and under, they felt right at home and loved the place. The apartment has been beautifully kept and Brian was only ever a text away if I'd needed him. Very family orientated, which was great as the children were able to be entertained even on the one cloudy day we had. There were jigsaws, board games, TV and DVDs. 5 stars!

Wonderful Family Apartment in Luz

My husband and I, 22 year old daughter and 21 year old son booked this 3 bedroom apartment for our family summer holiday. We were delighted with the apartment itself and it’s ideal location within Praia da Luz. The main factors for us in choosing holiday accommodation include spaciousness, location, closeness to the beach, access to a good sized pool and reasonable price. The apartment at St James ticked all the right boxes! Communication with Brian the owner was extra helpful and enabled us to feel totally relaxed about our stay knowing that he could be contacted any time if required before and during our stay. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment. As well as the pool, there were lovely cafes and restaurants round the corner and supermarkets within a few minutes walk. The beach was close by too and we enjoyed walking along the promenade most days and evenings. A few days ago we walked along the cliff path to Bergau which was stunning. The holiday was just amazing and we can’t recommend the apartment highly enough!

Lovely spacious apartment foe our family of five. Fabulous pool and perfect distance to beach, shops and restaurants. Only stayed for a couple of nights but would have happily stayed longer. Thank you.

Lovely apartment

We have been many times to St James apartments in Praia Da Luz. This apartment is spacious and offered plenty of room for two adults, two teenagers and two small children. The apartment itself was very clean, well kept and stocked with most holiday needs. I would strongly recommend St James and this apartment.

Well located and appinted apartment

We stayed in the apartment at Whitson - we found it incredibly quiet for school holidays but that may have been the weather!! We found it pretty well located for all amenities - about a 8 min walk to the main promenade - tho walk back a little steep! The pool was situated 30 seconds away across the walkway but sadly the pool wasn't heated so we weren't able to use it too much as the weather wasn't great for all of our stay. I think it would have been in more use had it been heated especially as quite a few younger children/toddlers were staying at the apartments. The apartment is modern and well decorated and very thoughtfully supplied with dvd''s and games. Very spacious and well equipped. My only slight niggle is that it would have been nicer to have more towels - 1 each per week is not really enough! Oh and we could not get TV to work!!! Apart from that I think a fair price for rental for this property and would recommend.

Fantastic holiday home

We loved our stay, having previously stayed at St James in a 2 bed apartment, we decided this year we needed more room. The apartment was spacious but so homely, well equiped, clean and felt like a home from home. Brian has been fantastic also, communication has been top notch, kept us update on everything and ensured our stay was a good one! Welcome pack is very thorough. The apartment itself is very well located, just a short walk to the beautiful beach, shops and some fantastic restaurants. The pool was cold but the kids enjoyed their time splashing about. We took giant inflatables but there was lots of pool toys in the wardrobe to use too. The complex is clean and tidy and even has a little playground for the kids too. Overall we couldn’t fault the holiday. We had a fantastic break, weather wasn’t fab but it didn’t dampen our holiday! We will definitely be booking again!!

Geweldig verblijf in St.James!

Sint James is een mooi complex, goed onderhouden en een gezellige sfeer. Tijdens ons verblijf voornamelijk engelstalige gasten. Het zwembad was fris, maar favoriet bij onze kinderen. Vooral met het warme Portugese weer een aangename verkoeling. Het ligt uitstekend gelegen op loopafstand van winkeltjes en strand. Maar net buiten alle drukte. Het apartement is ruim, schoon en gezellig. Netjes ingericht en onderhouden. Ook heel compleet (zelfs wasmachine, vriezer, strijkplank etc.). Ook tot onze verrassing 1x per week schone handdoeken en beddegoed. Het balkon is lang en smal, maar vanaf ongeveer 12 uur lekker in de schaduw. Ook het contact met de eigenaar (Brian) verliep heel prettig en kwam al direct betrouwbaar over. Hij gaf veel informatie en kwam alle afspraken na. Kortom: superverblijf!!

Perfect apartment in great location!

We had an amazing time staying in this beautiful apartment, so much so my children did not want to leave! The apartment is so much bigger than I thought, it's beautifully decorated and really felt like a home from home! Brian made the booking really stress free and was so helpful and friendly. The pools were fantastic and having a great sized kids pool was great for my 3 year old who was happy being able to stand in it. The location is perfect and only a 5-10 min walk to the beach which is stunning! We absolutely fell in love with Praia da Luz and this apartment so much so that I am already looking to book up again for next year!

A spacious, comfortable and well laid out apartment in a lovely complex.

This apartment was perfect for our party of 5. The pool area is lovely with two good size pools and plenty of loungers. It's in a quiet location but is only a quick walk to the seafront. Lots of parking on site. We love Luz anyway but this apartment really made our holiday. Brian was also really efficient and helpful throughout - thank you.

Lovely apartment in Praia Da Luz

This is a lovely apartment located near to the promenade and beach. The local shops are a short walk away. The apartment has wifi and a good tv system with all the English channels. It also has a selection of books and DVDs. It's clean, spacious and comfortable. The communal pool is a good size with lots of sunbeds around it. There are lots of places to visit around Praia Da Luz, like Lagos, which is just a short drive away and many beaches, like Burgau. The owner was very professional with the booking and was a great help with local restaurants and recommending things to do in the area.

PRAIA DA LUZ - A PARADISE

Only a brief note to recommend this house. The owner is very friendly and very careful with their guests . The house is situated very close to the beach in a fantastic residential area . Beautifully furnished and equipped with everything needed for a great vacation in Praia da Luz . The maintenance and cleaning of the house are perfect and all very efficient and professional support staff . The first time we stayed hosted was last year. We repeated this year and already we set for next year ! It is our holiday home in Praia da Luz ! OBRIGADO BRIAN! Somente uma breve nota para recomendar esta casa. O proprietário é muito simpático e muito cuidadoso com os seus hóspedes. A casa está situada muito perto da praia numa zona residencial fantástica. Casa muito bem decorada e equipada com tudo o que é necessário para umas otimas férias na Praia da Luz. A manutenção e limpeza da casa são perfeitas e todo o pessoal de apoio muito eficiente e profissional. A primeira vez que ficamos hospedados foi o ano passado. Beautiful apartment in a very nice area

We really enjoyed our stay with 4 childrens in the apartment. It is really clean and well equipped with all you need for a relaxed holiday. Especially the area around the pool is very nice and the children loved to be there every day. The distance to the beach, restaurants or supermarket are only a few minutes and also the beach ist really great . Also the contact with the owner was really nice. We could recommend it and I am sure we will come back again. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub im Appartment mit 4 Kindern, Das Appartment ist angenehm groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub braucht. Besonders der Pool hat den Kindern sehr gut gefallen, es gab jederzeit ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Restaurants, Supermarkt und auch der Strand sind in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Der Strand ist sehr schön und sauber. Wir können das Appartment sehr weiterempfehlen und werden sicher wieder hinfahren. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett.

Great apartment in great location

I would highly recommend this apartment. I have stayed there twice with my 2 teenagers and we all thoroughly enjoyed it. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a home from home. Great apartment in great location

Great location, apartment in excellent condition

I stayed in this apartment 3 times and was very happy every time. The apartment is clean, spacious and well decorated, close to restaurants and the supermarket. Walking distance to the beach. Good swimming pool, it also has a big shallow pool which is fabulous for small kids. Lagos is very close, easily reachable by car or bus.
