Inside, you will find an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining and sitting area with an electric fire. To the outside, is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with a patio. Resting in a desirable location, 18 Ocean Heights is a charming retreat in a lovely part of England.

Electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher,Smart TV, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair available on request. Off-road parking for two cars. Private garden with patio/cushioned furniture and a brick built barbecue area for use with disposable barbecues.Shed in the garden can be used by guests for storage. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
