Olive Tree Cottage is a beautiful Grade II listed cottage full of elegant charm and character, situated in the pretty village of Avon Dassett. Perfect for those looking for a peaceful getaway or a place to explore this lovely part of the country.
It is quintessentially Cotswolds in character with Cotswold stone, exposed beams, stone-flagged floors, an inglenook fireplace and stable doors. There are front and back gardens, a kitchen and lounge, bathroom, master bedroom (with a superking sized bed) and a twin room on the third storey with stunning views of the surrounding countryside.
Nearby is the historic town of Stratford-on-Avon, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick Castle and all the beauty of the Cotswolds. It is just a 2 minute walk to the village pub which serves outstanding meals and has allocated dog-friendly tables (booking recommended but not always essential). There is also a well kept play park a stone's throw from the cottage.
