Hosting two bedrooms; a king-size with an en-suite shower and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is a kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room, and an enclosed garden with a courtyard and lawn with seating, whilst roadside parking is available down the road. Awelfa is a gorgeous property for a family to explore the Welsh coast.
Amenities: Gas central heating. Electric oven, grill and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. 2 pets welcome (additional charges apply) but must be kept downstairs and off the furniture. Electric Vehicles: This property does not have a charge point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Private courtyard with seating and enclosed garden with lawn and terrace with seating,(garden accessed down a path leading from the rear courtyard patio area). Roadside parking available down the road, (unload outside of property, due to current road works during January & February please park a little further down the road to unload - free parking further down on Parrog Road or at the Boat Club). No baby equipment provided. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.1 miles
