The house is situated in a family-friendly neighbourhood next to the sea.

IMPORTANT NOTES 1. Heating and Electricity:
This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking.

2. Security Deposit:
A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property.

3. Towels:
Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).

Lovely cottage, great location, warm welcome.
This is a great cottage with plenty of space for 6 people. Good location, lovely views, everything you could possibly need. But the warm welcome and helpful support from Nisa, the property manager, is what made it really special. I liked everything.

Your On-site Manager, Nisa, met us on arrival and gave us information on the local attractions and she also contacted us during the week to see if required anything, which was much appreciated. We have been renting holiday homes from Trident for the past 15 years and we have always had an excellent service

Great location
The house was clean, and in a beautiful location overlooking the water. Nisa, the lady who looks after the house was very helpful and friendly. It is close to the greenway and the beaches. I was disappointed that the house only had two hand towels. We had brought towels for the beach, but these were all sandy. A few extra towels for showers etc would make a huge difference.

We loved the fantastic view from the house. It was lovely to wake up to the singing birds and see the sea. It was super handy to be able to walk to the local shops, pubs and restaurants. We actually booked it through AirBnB which meant that we had to pay for the ESB as an extra - if booked through Trident it would have been included as we were there during the summer season when the extra charge is not applied.

I booked early in the season and the price was reasonable. The prices rise steeply soon after. That aside the accommodation was fine and the site manager was very helpful Lack of Wi-Fi was a big negative . On a minor note a few egg cups and a hair dryer would have been useful.

Lovely house in a great location.
House was well equipped. Beautiful views from the kitchen and living room. Darren was really friendly and helpful. Would be lovely to have a picnic table or garden furniture at rear of house.
