Casa Cristina is a detached house with a fenced garden located 200 m from Lake Ledro. The house is two-storey and consists of a kitchen, a living room, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. Both bedrooms and the living room have access to a balcony with a view over the lake and the surrounding mountains. Further amenities include two outdoor parking places and a carport , a storage area for sports equipment, a small veranda and a garden with outdoor furniture, a barbecue, flowerbeds, trees and aromatic plants.

Casa Cristina is located in a quiet area near the lake and the woods. Restaurants, pizzerias, cafés and a boat rental are available within a radius of 300 metres. The closest beach is about 10 minutes’ walk and the next grocery store is 15 minutes’ walk or a few minutes’ drive away. Next to the house there's a park where occasionally sport and music events take place.

Two outdoor parking places and a carport are available at Casa Cristina. The next bus stop (Molina di Ledro – Lago) is five minutes’ walk away. Riva del Garda is located 12 km away and can be reached in 20 minutes by car or 30 minutes by bus. Getting around on foot or by bike is also a very convenient option, as Casa Cristina is within easy reach of walking and cycling paths.

Lovely comfortable home with incredible view!

Everything you need to have a great stay on Lake Ledro. The home is tidy and comfortable with all amenities you might need. Wonderful outdoor space and lots of storage for your bicycles or other gear. Short walk to have a sit and relax by the lake. Great restaurants with in walking distance. I highly recommend.

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir verbrachten eine schöne Woche im Casa Christina, einem Ferienhaus, das sehr sauber war. Darüberhinaus ist die Lage perfekt und der Gastgeber unheimlich freundlich, zuvorkommenden und wirklich immer erreichbar. Vielen Dank Alex für diesen tollen Aufenthalt!

Baustelle vor der Tür und Partylocation nebenan sorgten für 0 Erholung

Wir buchten das Objekt in der Annahme, es befände sich in einer ruhigen Umgebung. Als wir ankamen und uns der Vermieter das Haus zeigte, erwähnte er nebenbei, dass wir nicht nur einen Blick auf den See, sondern leider auch auf die gegenüber liegende, Luftlinie 5 Meter entfernte, Baustelle hätten. Vorher wurden wir darüber nicht informiert. So wurden wir werktags um 7.30 Uhr von lautem Baustellenlärm (Presslufthammer, Kreissäge, Bagger, Piepen rückwärts fahrender Fahrzeuge, Hämmern, lautstarker Kommunikation der Bauarbeiter etc.) geweckt. Gearbeitet wurde bis 17.30 Uhr. So war es uns nie möglich, auszuschlafen oder tagsüber den Garten oder Balkon zu benutzen, weil der Lärm ständig unerträglich war. Der Vermieter überwies uns 25% der Miete zurück und nannte dies einen "fairen Kompromiss". Für uns ist Ruhe mit das Wichtigste im Urlaub und nicht mit Geld aufzuwiegen. Außerdem ist direkt neben dem Haus ein Gemeindeforum mit Bühne und Festzelt ist, wo sich Mitglieder der Gemeinde regelmäßig treffen, um zu feiern und zu sehr lauter Musik, die aus großen Boxen direkt in Richtung Haus schallt, zu tanzen. In der ersten Woche wurde zu lauter Live-Musik bis 1 Uhr gefeiert, am Samstag Live-Disco (80 Dezibel) sogar bis 3 Uhr. Schlafen konnten wir dabei nicht. Laut Vermieter kommt das 2 bis 3 Mal im Jahr vor. Die Dame an der Theke sagte, sie machen das jeden Monat, es sei Tradition. Der Vermieter ist seiner Informationspflicht nicht nachgekommen und wir konnten uns nicht erholen.

Großzühiges Haus in Top-Lage

Das Ferienhaus hält absolut was die Bilder und die positiven Vorgänger-Kommentare versprechen. Alex ist ein sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Wir haben den Urlaub total genossen und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Man hat den See für eine kleine Abkühlung in unmittelbarer Nähe, aber kann auch den großen Garten super zum Entspannen nutzen. Der Blick auf den See und in die Umgebung ist toll. Wer mit viel Outdoor-Equipment (in unserem Fall SUPs, Mountainbikes, Kletterzeug) anreist, findet locker für alles ein Plätzchen, was sehr praktisch ist. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier definitiv weiterempfehlen.

Traumhafte Lage

Bewertungen werfen mit der Beschreibung: "Traumhafte Lage" oft um sich. Hier stimmt es aber wirklich. Der Blick auf den Ledro und die umliegenden Berge ist phantastisch und unverbaut: aus den zahlreichen Fenstern, von den zwei Balkonen, nur von der Terrasse aus steht das Haus im Weg. Vom Haus aus kann man fußläufig zwei Badestrände erreichen. Der vom Nachbardorf Pur ist aber viel schöner als der von Molina. Gutes Essen im Restaurant und gutes Eis in der Eisdiele in 200m Entfernung. Ein winziges Kaufhaus in Molina, für größere Einkäufe ist Riva nur ein Viertelstunde mit dem Auto entfernt. Schöne Bergwanderungen kann man direkt vom Haus aus starten. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich und so waren auch Regentage kein Problem. Der Vermieter, der hervorragend Deutsch spricht, hat sich sehr gekümmert,z.B. war das Haus schon vorgeheizt als wir ankamen, was Ende September uaf über 600m Höhe schon angenehm war. Gerne kommen wir wieder.

Erholsame Zeit

Das Haus ist schön, etwas rustikal eingerichtet. Es entspricht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist super: ruhig, aber man ist schnell im Ort und am See. Der Blick auf den See ist einmalig. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat bei Rückfragen sofort reagiert. Lediglich bei der Küchenausstattung könnte man nachbessern. Es war ein schöner Urlaub.

Kleines Paradies am See

Das Haus und seine Lage am See sind ein Traum. Es ist für vier Personen geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Drum herum gibt es viel Platz zum Spielen und Sonnenbaden. Die Kommunikation mit Alex war unkompliziert. Wir hatten zwei wunderschöne, erholsame Wochen und können das Haus jedem weiterempfehlen.

Alles bestens, tolle Lage

Nur die Straße runter und man springt in den See, der sehr schön ist. Der Blick ist besser als auf den Fotos raus kommt. Das Haus ist praktisch, einfach eingerichtet und mehr als ausreichend für 4 Personen. Man kann viel unternehmen, wie Ausflüge zum Gardasee, Wanderungen, Fahrradtouren ... Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Super Lage am sehr schönen Ledrosee.

Das Haus hat eine Toplage. Die Zimmer und Betten sind sauber und schön. Der tolle Blick von den Balkonen auf den Ledrosee (wie gemalt) und die Nähe zum See, den Restauranten usw. ist top. Gerne wieder.
