Stylish appartment
The decoration of this appartment is really nice, aroma sticks gave it a really nice smell. We had a very nice stay! As an advice, some equipment needs updating/renewal: replace the cooker for an induction version, put in an electric kettle, ensure the wifi works in the whole appartement (install a range extender). And make sure to clean the dishwasher more regularly (it was really dirty as we found it).

Mooi appartement achter de pacha. Modern en schoon. Lekker balkon om de ochtendzon mee te pikken. Gehuurde auto krijgt een plekje achter het hek. Super geregeld.

Great Apartment in a good location
Overall a great stay. Good value compared to most lodging we were seeing in Ibiza and plenty of space for our group of 4 (2 couples). Good location close to many trendy spots and night clubs, easy enough to get a cab and explore the rest of the island. Good communication with host and local property manager.

Tolles Apartment direkt am Pacha
Sehr schönes, gepflegtes Apartment unmittelbar an der Diskothek Pacha. Sehr gute Einrichtung und Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Der Balkon gibt einen Blick frei Richtung Pacha und den nördlichen Berghang der Talamanca-Bucht. Der Kontakt vor Ort zu Johny war sehr freundlich und angenehm. Johny hat uns sogar eine vergessene Basecap nach Checkout gebracht! Vielen Dank dafür. Zur Talamanca-Bucht sind es gut 20 Minuten zu Fuß. Toll sind der private Parkplatz und der Pool innerhalb der Anlage. Leider muss man mit Lärm von Nachbarn rechnen, die nachts aus dem Pacha nach Hause kommen. Trotzdem absolut zu empfehlen! Wir kommen sicher einmal wieder!

Het appartement is ruim en schoon en heeft de perfecte locatie. Prachtig balkon en ook de parkeergarage onder het complex is netjes en wordt bewaakt. Fijn contact gehad met de eigenaar. We zouden hier zeker nog een keer verblijven!

Een aanrader! Keurig schoon, gezellig appartement, alles goed voor elkaar!
Super gezellig, mede door het fijne appartement, ook heerlijk zitten op het balkon, het is op 25 min loop afstand van Ibiza stad. Gastheer was vriendelijk en op tijd aanwezig bij aanvang en vertrek voor overdagen van de sleutels.

Beautiful apartment
Luca was extremely helpful when I requested an early check-in. Johnny the apartment manager was also very helpful in helping sort WiFi issues. Apartment is very close to restaurants and a short walk to old town and the beach. Weather was very wet when we visited, the beautiful apartment made up for it-thank you! Mary

Ibiza Apartment
This apartment was perfect for our 3 night stay in Ibiza. We were walking distance from a supermarket, restaurants, clubs, & the beach! Also enjoyed being able to use the pool. The water was a bit chilly this time of year, but still nice. Check in process was easy & it was nice to be able to do some laundry as well. Would stay here again in the future!

Schönes modernes Apartment
Es war ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt in einem bestens ausgestatteten Apartment. Die Lage ist sehr gut und man ist in wenigen Minuten mit dem Taxi oder in 20 Minuten zu Fuß in der wunderschönen Altstadt. Die Überfahrt zur Altstadt vom unweit entfernten Hafen mit dem Wassertaxi hat auch Spaß gemacht. Nachts sind etwas die Bässe vom Club Pacha zu hören, hat uns aber beim schlafen nicht wirklich gestört, da die Fenster sehr dicht sind und die Klimaanlage sehr gut funktioniert. Also sehr zum empfehlen.

Geschmackvolle Wohnung
Geschmackvolle Wohnung. Praktisch eingerichtet. Entspricht den Fotos. Problemlose Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Übergabe durch den freundlichen Manager Johnny. Angenehm war de Parkplatz fürs Auto im abgeschlossenen Bereich. Gute Lage in lebhaftem Viertel.

Perfect stay in Talamanca!
The apartment is perfect for a short stay in Ibiza, beautifully decorated and great localisation (short walk to town). Luca and Johnny are super nice and available for any question. I highly recommend and hope to come back soon!

Appartement parfait pour un court séjour
L'appartement est bien équipé, propre et bien décoré. Parfait pour un séjour entre couple d'amis ou amis. Car il peut s'adapter en fonction des besoins. Situé près du Pacha mais calme pour s'y reposer, donc parfait ! Johnny nous a bien accueilli et aidé aux besoins. Nous ne manquons de rien, je recommande et j'y retournerais avec plaisir, Merci

À côté du Pacha mais calme, appartement grand et propre. Une place de parking est disponible pour garer les scooters .

Conveniently located modern family apartment
Located on 5th floor of modern apartment block with well maintained shared pool and private parking. Couple of streets back from harbours edge, behind Pacha night club (not that you could hear it) this was a great base for our family week in Ibiza with teens, and very easy and safe to get home for our 18yr old daughter after a night out! Johnny was the local rep and he made it very easy to check in / check out.
