Comfortable & spacious, 4 bedroom traditional Villa with feature pine beam ceilings, terracotta tiled floors and open fire. Set in the Ria Formosa National Park with 4 acres of mature gardens which includes an orchard, the property boasts a large swimming pool on its own very large patio area, acrylic Tennis court and three hole golf green. This feature includes an all-weather three hole putting/chipping green with fringe surround and three nylon tee surfaces set at different elevations around it and Huxley Rotanet for practice of full irons and woods shots off a 4th Tee. The property is located within an area known as 'The Golden Triangle' (between Almancil, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo) and is convenient for the exclusive sports and shopping facilities of Quinta do Lago (2 miles) and Vale do Lobo (3 miles) with its additional golf, tennis and beach restaurants and the town of Almancil (2 miles).
All these features make this property ideal both for families and golf enthusiasts.

** TOURIST TAX **
We are required to charge a Municipal Tourist Tax on behalf of Loulé council, on bookings placed as from November 1st, 2024, as published in Diário da República 2nd Serie, no. 140, of July 22nd, 2024.
This tax is calculated up to a maximum of 5 consecutive nights, per person aged 16 or over, and will cost as follows:
- Low Season (from November 1st to March 31st) – 1Eur per person/per night
- High Season (from April 1st to October 31st) – 2Eur per person/per night
The payment of this tax is due in cash upon check-in, or in advance by bank transfer.
