About this property
Modern Notting Hill Apartment
This beautiful apartment is on a lovely street in the "Artesian Village" area of Notting Hill. It is newly decorated, very clean, quiet, bright & flooded with natural light. The building has also been renovated this year, so no grotty communal areas!
The flat is on the 3rd floor of the building. Being high up means the flat is secure, very light, has a nice view and is quiet (however there is no lift, so quite a few stairs - although a porter can be pre-booked if you have heavy luggage). There is also a communal outdoor terrace accessed from the first floor of the building which you are free to use.
You will be staying in central Notting Hill and only a few minutes away from Portobello Road with its famous market, shops and cafes. There are a number of local pubs close by such as The Cock and Bottle, The Cow and The Westbourne. Plus upmarket boutiques and restaurants are just around the corner on Ledbury Road and Westbourne Grove.
By foot, you can also reach many of London's attractions, including Hyde Park, Kensington Palace (former home of Princess Diana and now Prince William and Kate), as well as many of the city's museums (such as the National History Museum, Science Museum and Victoria and Albert Museum).
You will be walking distance from Notting Hill Gate, Westbourne Park and Royal Oak tube stations (Central, Circle and Hammersmith & City lines). There are also bus stops close by on Westbourne Grove and Chepstow Road. The Heathrow Express train comes into Paddington Station which is only 5 minutes away by taxi.
As a new VRBO host, I am offering a 20% discount. Also, please be assured that I am an experienced host and if you check the other well known hosting platform, using the same property title, you will be able to read all the positive reviews from my previous guests.

About the host
Hosted by .

Hello, I'm Tricia! I have lived in London for the past 15 years and my home is also in Notting Hill. Sometimes i have to pinch myself that I live here. I honestly think it is the best part of London to be, as it's both central but also has a friendly, village type feel. I was a TV exec for many years but recently retrained. I now work as a Nutrition & Health Coach, as well as hosting my two rental properties
