This 815 ft2 (75 m2) unit has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, and is on the 4th floor. The apartment has a large living room, a dressing room, a full kitchen with all appliances and a comfortable balcony with an open view of the the city and the intercostal.
This unit is very comfortable for up to 6 people (4 adults maximum), there are 2 double beds in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. We also have a cot and air mattress if necessary. Large closets and plenty of space for suitcases.This apartment has everything you need to spend an unforgettable vacation!
The building is in FRONT of the sea! The building also has a large swimming pool and from there you have access to the quiet beaches (no need to cross the avenue to get to the beach). You can also make use of the gym and walk in the gardens. There are washers and dryers on every floor and a mini market that also delivers food to your apartment and to the pool.
The area is very nice and quiet and minutes from excellent restaurants, supermarkets and entertainment centers. The closest known and chic shopping is the Aventura Mall.
