Why they chose this property

We were leaving London to come back to Wales to my childhood home to look after my aging parents. This house came up for sale and my parents lived in the same street almost opposite this property. It was previously owned by the headmaster of the school I attended.

What makes this property unique

Stunning views in a nice, safe area near glorious Aberavon Beach on a hillside with fab views lots mountain walks & cycle routes - marsh lands and of course not far from the wonderful Gower coast.
