It has a bedroom with a double bed and a large wardrobe as well as a double sofa bed in the living room. The modern design kitchen is fully equipped with: Dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge and freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, plates, cutlery, glasses and all kinds of kitchen utensils.

The living room has a comfortable sofa and smart tv, to be able to enjoy your favorite movie or series.

The bathroom is equipped with a large XL-size hydromassage shower with different relaxation programs, including chromotherapy, perfect for relaxing.

A very quiet apartment, the amenities also include: Free Wi-Fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board, toiletries and cleaning supplies.

It is the perfect place to rest after a long day visiting the city or after returning from work.

The Charming Plaza de España Central has a privileged location from which it is possible to walk to all the most important attractions of the city. The Gran Vía is just 5 minutes from the apartment, the Royal Palace and the Almudena Cathedral 15 minutes away.

The closest metro station is Plaza de España (lines 3 and 10) and Ventura Rodríguez (line 3).



THE FINE PRINT

-There are baby cots available to rent for 30€ / stay. Please request the baby cot to the host prior to your arrival.

-Every guest must present a valid ID/Passport and credit/debit card upon check-in.

-Events and/or parties are not allowed.

-For reservation of 28 nights or more, electricity and gas bills will be included up to 50€. The tenant will have to pay for any extra.

-Please note that if your arrival date is the same as the day you made your reservation, we cannot guarantee that the apartment will be ready for your check-in before 5:30 PM.
