The property has four bedrooms; a ground-floor king-size double, two further king-size doubles, one of which has a balcony, and a twin with an en-suite shower room, sleeping eight guests. There is a bathroom, a ground-floor shower room, a kitchen, dining room, two sitting rooms, one of which has a woodburning stove, an open-plan living space with kitchen, dining and seating area and a conservatory. Outside there is ample off-road parking, a side patio area and a rear enclosed lawn and patio garden. Harbour Lights is a lovely retreat for a family or group wanting to get together and explore the south Devon coast.
