Luxurious flat located in the heart of Puerto Alcudia, only two minutes walk from the sandy beach. It is surrounded by restaurants and shops, which makes renting a car totally unnecessary as you can enjoy everything just by leaving the house.
This recently refurbished flat, decorated with top quality materials, is fully equipped with all the comforts to accommodate up to ten people, and has a beautiful terrace with views of the sea and the marina, where you can enjoy a wonderful sunset.
Layout
This incredible flat is distributed over four floors. On the lower floor we have 3 double bedrooms, two of them with a 160x200cm bed that share a bathroom with shower, and another bedroom with a 150x200cm bed and a complete bathroom with shower, en suite. On the first floor we have a single bedroom with a 90x200cm bed, two complete bathrooms with shower and two double bedrooms with double beds (180x200cm). On the first floor we have an open space that includes a beautiful living room with modern and comfortable furniture, a large sofa to rest at ease, TV and Wifi, the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining table to enjoy the food, plus a toilet. On the top floor we have a cosy and versatile terrace where you can sunbathe, have a barbecue or simply benefit from the light sea breeze that cools you down on hot summer days - highly recommended for a pleasant holiday near the sea!

Note 1. Final cleaning charges are not included in the rental price. The cost is 150€. This does not relieve the client of his obligation to take care of the property. Nothing will be taken from the deposit as long as the use of the house is reasonable.
Note 2. In those properties where it is possible to include an extra bed, and subject to availability, the cost will be 15€ per person per day.
Note 3. Where late check-out is possible, subject to availability, the cost will be 50€ until 13:00 and 90€ until 16:00.
Electricity consumption is not included in the price of the accommodation. The cost is 25,00 €/night.
Note 5. Please note that there is an additional cost of 30 € for check-in after 22.00 h.
Please note that there is an additional charge of 50 € for check-in after 00.00 h.
Note 6. In the Balearic Islands, all hotels/tourist accommodation are required to charge guests over 16 years of age the Tourist Tax, which is then paid to the Regional Authorities.
