The 41m² studio apartment can accommodate up to three people From the balcony one can enjoy the seaview.
THE SPACE
Apartment Deco offers a superb location, on a beautiful neighbourhood complex, just a few minutes away from Rethymno old and new town. The apartment is situated close to all the facilities and services you expect from your holiday home; Ideal for friends and couple, as well as a small family holiday. It has been designed by our sister company ‘5 Points Design’ into a minimal, exquisite and state-of-the-art residence making reference on its original Art deco style.
LAYOUT
Entering the house you will find the lobby that leads you to the open plan area of the apartment. It consists the living, dining area, the kitchen, the bedroom and two bathrooms. The open space has a direct access to the seaview balcony with outdoor table and chairs for relaxing outdoors. The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room with a double sofa-bed is provided with 42” HDTV and an old Grundig radio.

Free parking space. Supermarket a few meters away , across the street Public swimming pool, across the street Sandy Beach 200m away , sea just a few meters away Public library very close just across the street Old town of Rethymno 200m away The city stadium just 100m away Fully Staffed
The open floor layout follow: -Living Room (3seater sofa bed /42” HDTV/wi-fi/) -Kitchen ( fully equipped) -Two double bedrooms ( Double bed, Air condition, Wardrobe , bed linen provided) -Two bathrooms ( shower cabin, bath towels & bath care provided)
Daily breakfast delivery services ( Extra Charge )
We provide daily deliver breakfast services ( upon request )
The breakfast prepare fresh dailly and deliver to your hotel room / villa every morning.
We provide a big variety of breakfast option ( American , continental , local Cretan , sweet options and many more.
Delivery times is between 07:30 – 10:00 in the morning.
The price is 13 euros per person.
