The bedroom has a double bed and ceiling fan, while the bathroom has a shower. It is located just a few steps from Martiánez Beach and the surrounding area has all the necessary services to enjoy a peaceful stay. In addition, the numerous connections to the motorway and public transport make it very easy to get to know and explore the rest of the island.
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, kettle, sandwich maker, juicer, Italian coffee machine, washing machine, hairdryer, ceiling fan, iron, towels, bed linen and much more.
Not accessible for people with reduced mobility due to the narrowness of the bathroom door.
