INTERIOR DESCRIPTION
WLofts 14 will win your heart: unique in the area the loft features a wide sun terrace with 180 degree panoramic sea view. From this privileged position you can admire the sun rising behind the promontory of Golfo Aranci and a magnificent sunset reflected on the limestone rock of Tavolara island.
Equipped with 5 sleeps, Wlofts 14 is located on the first floor and consists of a living area with sofa bed, TV corner, designer kitchen equipped with oven, microwave and dishwasher. A sliding glass door leads to the veranda overlooking the garden and overlooking Tavolara. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms, one double with garden view and en suite bathroom, one bedroom with double bed (can be splitted into single beds) overlooking the terrace. Each room is furnished with spacious wardrobes at the complete disposal of guests. A further master bathroom with shower is at the service of the accommodation. A spiral staircase located on the veranda leads to the solarium with pergola, deck chairs and panoramic view. At the service of the accommodation there is a reserved parking space and a washing machine.

WLofts is located in a residential area consisting of single villas, thanks to its proximity to shops is the ideal accommodation for all those who want to take a beach holiday without sacrificing comfort. WLofts is only 400 meters away from the crystalline sandy beaches of Mare e Rocce and Lo Squalo, in about 15 minutes and 8 km distance you can reach the historic center of Olbia and all its amenities. The nearest supermarket is located on the main street of the neighborhood and is 4 minutes away; at the same distance, the Costa Sarda Bar-Restaurant with tobacconists and a parapharmacy.
