Ideally located 10 minutes walk from the center of Chamonix, 2 minutes walk from the lake, the climbing wall and the tree climbing in Les Gaillands. Shuttle departures for ski areas and the Mt-Blanc Express station are also a 2-minute walk away.
The paths for the S balconies are 50m away, offering superb hiking, trail and snowshoeing outings to the Brévent les Aiguilles Rouges and the mountain huts.
3 toilets, 2 shower rooms, 1 heated cellar for storing skis, boots and wet clothes on a drying rack. Washer and dryer.
All basic equipment is available as well as a raclette, fondue, 3 sledges and 3 pairs of snowshoes.
Due to the stove and the slightly steep staircase, the chalet is not recommended for children under 2 years old
On arrival, a visit will be made with the clients, at the end of the visit a deposit of 200 € in cash will be requested, this amount will be returned to the client upon departure if no problem is encountered
