Located 700 meters from the sandy beach of Torre Dell'orso, the villa boasts a completely shaded outdoor area covered by a sturdy wooden eaves.

Outside the house, at the front, the room has a barbecue, a shower cubicle and a sink.

Inside you enter the dining room with kitchenette, fridge and flat screen Tv. The accommodation also includes two bathrooms, one with a shower.

There are two bedrooms, one furnished with a double bed and the other with two single beds, one with a second pull-out mattress. A maximum of five people can be accommodated.

The house also has a washing machine and air conditioning.

From the accommodation the beach of Torre dell'Orso is easily reachable on foot along a path with pedestrian passages and used by holidaymakers to go to the bathing establishments every day.
