Zoko Suites IV apartment in Madrid

This apartment is located right in the city centre, just a few metres from the La Latina metro station.

La Latina is one of the best areas in Madrid for tapas: here you will find very traditional restaurants and bars, as well as completely innovative ones. It is the ideal place to have an aperitif on Sundays and perfect if you want to do some shopping at the Rastro, a very varied open-air market.

The apartment:

A nice and practical apartment conveniently located on the ground floor of the building.

As soon as you enter, you will find the kitchen, which communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a washing machine, ceramic hob, dishwasher and everything you need to cook. The living room, tastefully decorated, has a double sofa bed.

The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms with a beautiful design. They are equipped with a double bed each and have direct access to their own shower room.

There is Wi-Fi, heating and air conditioning in all rooms.

This apartment does not have private parking. However, you will find a public car park within about 50 metres of the apartment.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access for road traffic. Please note that in order to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding homologation from the municipal Traffic Management Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal fines in this regard.
