Casa Joana: Cozy Townhouse with Terrace in the Heart of Pollensa

Casa Joana is a Mallorcan house located in the center of the town of Pollensa for 4 people. The house is very correct and has everything you need for a good vacation. It is located in one of the central streets just a few minutes walk from the town square.

Just as you enter, you will find the cozy living room that communicates with the dining room. The kitchen, small and functional, has a microwave, dishwasher and utensils necessary for cooking. It also has a small interior patio, laundry room with washing machine and dryer and a full bathroom with bathtub complete this floor.

Upstairs are the bedrooms, a double bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite toilet and a double room with 2 single beds. Outside this floor we find the barbecue terrace where you can sunbathe and enjoy its views of Puig de María.

It has air conditioning — heat pump in the rooms to sleep comfortably. Free Wifi. Satellite television.

Change of towels and sheets if you stay in the house more than 7 days. Beach or pool towels available. Cot and high chair available. Smoking, parties or events of any kind are not allowed.

Tourist tax not included, it must be paid separately.
