Luxury villa with pool, table tennis, pool table, sauna, jacuzzi

Villa Old Olive I is a luxuriously equipped villa with a large swimming pool, not far from the town of Vodnjan, between Pula and Rovinj, which are easily accessible in just 15 minutes by car. The villa is accessible by the main road, but in a part full of peace and privacy.

Around the house, there is a private garden with a pool, olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers and a barbecue. Relax and dive into the large pool where even the youngest can enjoy the shallow section intended for children. On top of that, the little ones can have fun playing on the trampoline in the garden or playroom in the basement of the house. In your own playroom, you will find billiards, table tennis and table football. The house is divided into three floors and can accommodate up to 12 people in six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor of the house, you enter a modern and spacious living room with a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen from which it is possible to access a beautiful large balcony with table and chairs that can be used for outdoor dining.
There is cleaning fee 350 EUR and tourist tax due upon arrival.
