Modern fitted kitchen with full size oven/hob, microwave & full sized fridge/freezer.
Dining area with table/chairs seating 4 guests.
Lounge with smart TV/Freeview, DVD player, Xbox 360 games console (with 1 controller & selection of games) and double sofa bed.
Bed 1: Double bed with TV/Freeview & en-suite toilet/wash basin.
Bed 2: Two single beds & TV/Freeview
