The apartment has lovely views, and the hotel services were excellent. The communication and administration of the property could have been better. We had to wait, and I almost canceled the reservation after I arrived at midnight. They still need to arrange our arrival. The Check-in and check-out communication could be better. Prices are displayed in US dollars, but when you're paid, it is in Euros- Same when I get an extra charge for one hour after my check out in Colombian pesos. The conversion needs to be corrected; they charge more than the actual rate change. I messaged the manager, and the employee said the application does it, which is not the best answer because they are advertising a different prince.

Amazing location!

The location is amazing! The apartment is in a hotel, so you have your privacy while still having all hotel services like a doorman, front desk, room service. Very clean and many restaurants and shops walking distance. Will definitely stay here again.

First time in Bogota

Outstanding place. The location is great, very close to good restaurants and a beautiful park. Most things are within walking distance. The apartment came just as advertised. No surprises and communication with the manager was very good. Recommend highly!
