Kitchen and utilities: Neff oven with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, tumble dryer, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker, woodburner. Dining table to seat four. 
Facilities for families: High chair, Travel cot and sink step.
Outside: Terrace balcony with steps down to the lower enclosed terrace, outdoor table and chairs, barbecue, seating area with fire pit. 
Parking: No parking, public car parking available just 200m away.

Nearest amenities: 0.2 miles.
Changeover time: Check in at 4pm. Check out at 10am.
General: Free WiFi provided. Electricity included in rent. Underfloor heating in hall, lounge, kitchen and bathrooms. Woodburner in lounge. Electric radiators in bedrooms. Logs are not provided but may be purchased at a local shop on the Quay in Polruan.
